Social responsibility policy
We implemented international social responsibility standard ISO26000 to our operation and according to the standard, we aim for contributing to our country’s social and economic development through our taxes and fees, while financing environmentally friendly business, providing accessibility to children’s education, increasing social and economic opportunities for single mothers and solving our employees’ social issues.

WORK IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Organized a reception event for senior customers.
- In order to provide healthy and active life of our employees, we collaborated with University of Commerce and Industry for gymnasium and our employees can utilize it on every Thursday.
- We collaborated with Unimed International Hospital and provided a free comprehensive medical examination to all employees.
- We successfully organized fifth annual “Creative Children” drawing competition.

WORK IN THE FIELD OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Ochir Undraa OMZ NBFI handed over vouchers worth 100.0 thousand MNT to employees with a 6-year-old child entering the school in 2019.
- We participated in a blood donation campaign organized by the National Blood Transfusion Center.
- In order to ensure that our employees are healthy and active, we signed a contract with Temuujin Gymnasium and our employees are able to utilize it on every Friday.
- For the fourth year in a row, we participated in the 1,000 bags campaign organized by the Mongolian Association of Non-Bank Financial Institutions and donated a set of school supplies to 100 children.
- We successfully organized fourth annual “Creative Children” drawing competition.
- For the third year in a row, we collaborated with Erdenet city’s Social Welfare Center and donated 20 sets of textbooks to children who are living under subsistence levels.
- For the fifth year in a row, our company participated in the “Faith, Hope, Opportunity 2019” 3 km public marathon race.
- We collaborated with Mongolian National Humanitarian Committee, we donated school supplies to 30 six-year-old children who are starting the school year the first time.
- We collaborated with Unimed International Hospital and provided a free comprehensive medical examination to all employees.
- We spent 9.6 million MNT on 30 types of trainings organized by government, NGOs and professional associations.
- In order to create healthy, safe and convenient work environment, we have invested 77.2 million MNT in our branches.
- In order to support employees financially, Ochir Undraa Group provided low-interest loans of 556.5 million MNT to 97 employees on preferential terms.
- The number of jobs increased by 61% from the previous year.
- Paid 451.0 million MNT in taxes to state budget.
